Forgotten Chicken and Rice .

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups uncooked long-grain white rice
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 packet (1 oz) dry onion soup mix
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In the prepared dish, combine uncooked rice, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Arrange chicken breasts evenly over the rice mixture. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with paprika.
- Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 25–30 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature reaches 165°F / 74°C) and rice is tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
